The same level of commitment towards our homes is applied to our commercial buildings. As the construction at Lone Pine Village will be new (as opposed to renovated or remodeled pre-existing buildings), it gives us the opportunity to design our buildings embracing the latest eco-standards and processes (LEED requirements, for example). Thus, we can ensure both the buildings construction and day-to-day operations have less of an impact on the environment, and will be healthier for those who work in the building, as well as more profitable than their conventional counterparts.
The Water's Edge building is a perfect example of an eco-friendly building, and it achieved LEED (gold) certification, which has helped make Lone Pine Village a more sustainable community. The Water's Edge Health & Wellness Center is also helping our residents enjoy a balanced lifestyle by providing relaxation treatments, such as hydro massage and aromatherapy, as well as providing alternative ways to exercise the body and mind through Yoga, Tai Chi and meditation workshops.
