Pine Village has an in-house architectural team that can design for you the
house of your dreams. This process starts with the buyer having an initial
design consultation with our architect, at which time we will seek to determine
their specific preferences for interior square footage, size/shape of garage,
number of bedrooms and bathrooms, open plan living, kitchen/dining design and
usability, bathroom/closet/storage, interior finishes, lighting both location
and selection of final fixtures, selection of all electrical appliances, exterior
finish/materials, and so on.
This first meeting with our architect helps the buyer select an initial floor
plan, after which an external rendering of the home is designed and then proposed
to the buyer for their initial feedback. This design process then moves through
a number of follow-up design meetings, until a final set of designs and
material finishes are approved by the buyer. The average design consultation
process can take 4-8 weeks and then we require approx 4-5 months to build the
home of your dreams. You will be provided with a detailed build timetable and
will be encouraged to visit the site throughout the build process to ensure
good communication flow.
