Our commercial space is planned to cover over 200,000 square feet and includes a diverse mix of businesses located in Columbia Plaza (our designated retail and office neighborhood) and lining Lone Pine Boulevard.

The commercial spaces available along Lone Pine Boulevard - our main street - will feature a store front on the boulevard with a variety of shops, boutiques and local businesses. Condominiums and townhomes will occupy upper floors, to ensure a vibrant 24-hour village center that meets all of our homeowners needs.

Our first, and key commercial tenant is in the Columbia Plaza and is the MCMC's Water's Edge Health and Wellness Center - a 3-story, 62,000 square foot state-of-the-art LEED (Gold) designed building - bringing together existing wellness programs and innovative new ones to offer a comprehensive approach to mind-body health promotion. This spa, bistro cafe, wellness, and medical fitness facility will open June 2010 with access and membership being offered to everyone in the local community.

Our planned grocery store format will entail an emphasis on natural and organic selections, fresh bakery items and as much local produce and product selection as possible, including many local acclaimed wines. In addition to a new grocery store we also have plans for a water front restaurant and bar, coffee shop, and a dental surgery clinic.


The communal areas surrounding the retail neighborhoods will feature tree-lined streets, extensive landscaping, park benches, bike racks, water features, a connection to 10-mile Dalles Riverfront Trail and many other amenities to inspire casual strolls, shopping, outdoor living and dining.
